A search box for the calculator, plus a pricing check-up

This time we are adding something many people asked for: a way to search a model by name!
FEATThere's a search box now, right next to the vendor dropdown in the calculator. Type a few letters of a model's name and the table narrows down to just that.
Type "sonnet", for example, and only the sonnet models are left sorted the same way as before.
